SEO
How to start: use the contact form on the SEO page to signal interest. You'll hear back within one working day with joining instructions and payment details.
What you provide:
- access to your website (CMS login or FTP)
- access to your Google Business Profile (optional)
- a note on any priorities or known issues (optional)
What happens next:
Work begins in the first month. A plain text log is created and shared as a link, updated each month with a timestamped record of work done.
Rolling monthly. Cancel by email at any time.
Simple website
How to start: order via the websites page. Payment taken via Stripe. You'll be forwarded to the intake form immediately after checkout.
What you provide:
- business name and description
- services you offer
- coverage areas
- credentials and qualifications
- contact details (phone, email, address)
- domain name preference (or we suggest one)
The intake form takes 10–15 minutes to complete.
What happens next:
We build your site using the information provided. Content written to our standard. No design consultations. No revision rounds.
When the build is ready, you check facts only: services listed, credentials, contact details. Not checking design, structure, or layout. Wording adjustments count toward your included 15 minutes of monthly edits.
Most sites exist within 7 days of intake form completion.
After launch:
First year hosting included. Year two onwards: £10/month or £100/year. Covers domain renewal, SSL, email, hosting, and up to 15 minutes editing per month. Edits beyond that: £50/hour, billed in 15 minute increments.
Custom website
How to start: use the contact form to signal interest. You'll hear back within one working day to discuss your site and arrange a quote.
What you provide:
- a description of what you need
- anything else relevant: examples, references, existing content
What happens next:
Details are gathered by email. Once the scope is clear, a quote follows.
Site fix
How to start: buy an hour on the site fix page. A short form after purchase asks for your site URL, what you know about the problems, and which option you want: we fix it, or we document it.
What you provide:
- your site URL
- known issues (optional)
- CMS access, if you choose we fix it
What happens next:
We fix it — we arrange CMS access and make the fixes directly. Confirmation sent when done.
We document it — corrections delivered to a private URL in plain english.
If the site needs more than an hour, buy another. No contracts, no minimums.
Positioning
How to start: use the contact form on the positioning page to signal interest. You'll hear back within one working day to discuss your operation and confirm the right tier.
What you provide:
- description of how your business actually operates
- details of services you do and don't offer
- any existing positioning language you use (or want to move away from)
What happens next:
We analyse your operation and competitor landscape. A distinct position is engineered and documented. Your website is built to reflect that position.
- tier 1 (website + positioning): delivered within 14 days.
- tier 2 (complete positioning): delivered within 21 days.
Communication
All services: email only. Async preferred. Responses within one working day.
