step 3: build
we build your site using the information provided. content written to our standard. structure optimised for search. mobile responsive. hosting configured.
no design consultations. no revision rounds. one template applied to your content.
step 4: verification
you check facts only: services listed, credentials, contact details.
not checking: design choices, structure, layout.
checking: factual accuracy of business information.
if the wording of something needs adjusting, that counts toward your included 15 minutes of edits each month.
step 5: live
site exists on your domain. ssl certificate active. email configured.
first year hosting included. site exists and runs.
timeline
most sites exist within 7 days from information form completion.
depends on: information form completion speed, verification turnaround time.

edits: up to 15 minutes per month included. beyond that: £25 per hour billed in 15 minute increments.
year 2+ hosting: £10 per month or £100 per year. same inclusions continue.
communication
email only. async preferred. keeps project moving efficiently. responses within 24-48 hours.
