step 2: intake form

you complete our business intake form. takes 10-15 minutes.

form covers:

  • business name and description
    • services you provide
      • coverage areas
        • credentials and qualifications
          • contact details (phone, email, address)
            • domain name preference (or we suggest one)

              step 3: build

              we build your site using the information provided. content written to our standard. structure optimised for search. mobile responsive. hosting configured.

              no design consultations. no revision rounds. one template applied to your content.

              how we write

              step 4: verification

              you check facts only. services accurate? credentials correct? contact details work?

              not checking: design choices, wording, structure, layout.

              checking: factual accuracy of business information.

              step 5: live

              site exists on your domain. ssl certificate active. email configured. cms login credentials sent.

              first year hosting included. site exists and runs.

              timeline

              most sites exist within 7 days from information form completion.

              depends on: information form completion speed, verification turnaround time.

              no rush service available. all builds follow same process.

                                  edits: up to 15 minutes per month included. beyond that: £25 per hour billed in 15 minute increments.

                                  year 2+ hosting: £10 per month or £100 per year. same inclusions continue.
